We are a tech start-up born in Spain and the market leader in the country when it comes to SaaS solutions for car dealerships. Our CRM has completely changed the way dealerships sell cars. In less than 5 years, we’ve grown to a team of 50 and generate €5M annually in software sales to the automotive industry. We’ve already built a solid customer base and are on our way to becoming the top player in Italy, France, and Latin America. Now, it’s time to take on the United States.

About You
We wouldn’t usually tell you who you are… but this time, we will. 🙂
- You have experience selling SaaS in the automotive industry. You know how to talk to dealerships, understand their pain points, and offer real solutions.
- You speak fluent English and Spanish. You’ll be selling in both languages, so this is a must.
- You have next-level communication skills. You’re clear, persuasive, and great at understanding what customers need.
- You’re a closer. Selling excites you, and closing deals gives you an adrenaline rush.
- You’re as strong as Arnold. A “no” doesn’t discourage you—it pushes you to try harder.
- You’re tech-savvy. No need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable navigating digital tools and SaaS products.
- You take initiative and are proactive. There’s no micromanagement at Walcu. We want doers, not people waiting for instructions.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Our Sales team works hand in hand with potential customers. Your main mission? Show them our platform and help them improve their sales processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Reach out to dealerships in the U.S. and book software demos.
- Deliver killer demos, keep your cool when the client is blown away, and get them to try the tool.
- Guide them through their free trial: set up the platform, train users, and share best practices.
- Before the trial ends, kindly remind them to stop hesitating and enter their credit card details.
- Boom! They’re now a paying customer—just like on Netflix—and your relationship with them officially begins.
- Maintain the connection, keep providing value, and make sure Walcu becomes their go-to tool.
What We Offer
- Full-time contract with remote work flexibility from the U.S.
- Base salary + commissions
- Flexible hours, but you’ll need to align with dealership business hours in the U.S.
