What will your day-to-day look like as a Customer Coach?
Yes, we’ve deliberately dropped the term *Customer Success* and rebranded it as *Customer Coach*.
Because real success isn’t about doing the work for clients.
It’s about helping them learn how to do the work themselves.
We don’t execute on behalf of clients.
We teach them how to succeed on their own.
Main responsibilities
- You will build healthy and strategic relationships with clients.
- You will take ownership of the account once onboarding is completed, becoming the client’s main point of contact in their day-to-day.
- You will train and support clients so they can fully leverage Walcu and integrate it into their real operational workflows.
- You will understand their business, goals, and challenges in order to turn the tool into tangible impact.
- You will identify account growth opportunities and propose expansions that generate real value. For us, success isn’t about selling more licenses. It’s about clients feeling that Walcu is truly their CRM.
- You will monitor account health (usage, engagement, churn risk) and act before problems arise.
- You will share actionable feedback with the Product team and advocate for the customer’s voice within Walcu.
Conditions
- Full-time contract — 40 hours per week.
- Permanent contract — we’re looking for someone to stay with us for the long run ❤
