This automation includes three automations, two custom fields and four Whatsapp templates

Automations:
  • Rule 1: Sends message to leads discarded because they were either unreachable or they postponed the purchase.
  • Rule 2: Sends message to leads discarded because they decided it was too expensive or the vehicle they wanted was not in stock.
Custom Field:
  • Field name: nurturing
  • Purpose: Fills in what type of nurturing was applied to the lead.
  • Field name: Coste WA Nurturing
  • Purpose: Used to sum up the total cost of the messages sent to the client.
Whatsapp templates:
  • Template name: Sin stock
  • Purpose: Message sent to discarded lead because of no stock.
  • Template name: Pospone compra
  • Purpose: Message sent to discarded lead because of postponed sale.
  • Template name: Illocalizable
  • Purpose: Message sent to discarded lead because they were unreachable.
  • Template name: Bajada de precio
  • Purpose: Message sent to discarded lead because it was too expensive.

🛡️ Implementation guide

Follow these steps to integrate this resource into your Walcu account.

Step 1 — Install the App

1. Locate the application in the system.

2. Click Install to add the app to your account.

Step 2 — Template Approval

1. Navigate to the Templates section.

2. Select the newly installed templates and click Send for approval.

3. Wait for confirmation that the templates are Approved before proceeding.

Step 3 — Access Automations

1. Go to the Automations section.

2. Open the workflow you wish to configure.

Step 4 — Update WhatsApp Steps

1. Locate the steps labeled Send WhatsApp.

2. Insert the corresponding Approved Template specific to each branch of the flow.

Step 5 — Configure Split Logic

1. Go to the Split (bifurcation) steps.

2. Ensure you insert the corresponding Statuses to define the correct path for the automation.
