Add the "Wait until business hours" action to your account.

Make sure you are in business hours before assigning or sending communications to your customers.

There are actions that you do not want to perform outside business hours, either by internal procedure or by not disturbing the customer, and performing them when you should not can generate uncomfortable moments with the customer.
Imagine making an automatic call to your customer at 2 o’clock in the morning?

Prevent this from happening to you! Add a “Wait to enter business hours” action to your already created automations so that they execute certain parts – or the entire rule – only during business hours.


Ejemplos de casos de uso:

1. Comunicaciones automáticas  – Evita enviar comunicaciones automáticas cercanas a tus clientes cuando no estés en horario comercial para que no se sepa que es una comunicación automática y verás un aumento en la tasa de respuesta.
2. Asignación automática – No asignes tus leads fuera de horario comercial para evitar complicaciones, espera a que tus comerciales estén en la oficina para asignarles los leads. Especialmente útil si tienes una regla de reasignación, evitas que el lead esté toda la noche moviéndose de un comercial a otro.
3. Cualquier otro automatismo – Al ser una acción personalizada, puedes añadirla a cualquier automatismo que tengas ya creado, donde quieres que se ejecute una parte –o todo– cuando estés en horario comercial.

Currently, the schedule for this personalized action is Monday to Friday from 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-21:00. Saturdays from 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00. Sunday closed.
Holidays: 1/1, 6/1, 1/5, 15/8. 12/10, 1/11, 25/12.

In your schedule you will not be able to set the minutes, only the hours.
Valid: (e.g. 09:00 – 14:00); Invalid: (e.g. 09:30 – 14:30).
